The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the embarkation date (full cancellation fees apply if cancellation is requested less than 7 days)

Charter Duration
The charter starts and ends at the agreed-upon times in your booking confirmation.
Skipper's Authority
The skipper has full authority over the vessel and all passengers for safety reasons.
Passengers must follow the skipper's instructions.
Safety and Liability
Passengers are responsible for their safety and must follow all safety instructions.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for fuel, food, docking fees, etc., and will be communicated before the charter.
Restrictions
Smoking is prohibited below deck and in enclosed areas.
Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed, but the skipper can refuse service or disembark intoxicated passengers.
Disputes and Jurisdiction
Any disputes are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
Force Majeure
The operator is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
Weather Policy
The charter may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions. The skipper and port authority have sole discretion over this decision.
Equipment and Amenities
Boats are equipped with standard safety equipment. Additional equipment or amenities may be available for an extra cost.
Guest Count
The maximum number of guests allowed onboard is specified at the time of booking and cannot be exceeded.
Pets Policy
Pets may be allowed with the operator's and skipper's approval and additional terms. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Environmental Protection
Clients are expected to follow environmentally responsible practices, including proper waste disposal and respecting marine conservation guidelines.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point. Delays may shorten your charter duration, and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals.
Vessel Maintenance and Repairs
The operator is responsible for maintaining the vessel in seaworthy condition. In case of repairs during the charter, the operator will minimize disruption to your experience.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the skipper, crew, other passengers, and any third parties encountered during the charter.
Photography and Media
The operator may take photographs or videos during the charter for promotional purposes. Clients who wish to opt out should inform the operator before the charter.
