Booking and Payment

  • A deposit of 30% of the total charter price is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due in full 10 days prior to the embarkation date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the embarkation date.

  • Cancellations within 10 days of the charter forfeit the entire fee.

  • The operator may cancel due to unsafe conditions and will provide a full refund.

Vessel Substitution

  • The operator reserves the right to substitute the booked vessel with another of equivalent or similar specifications due to operational, technical, or safety reasons.

  • If the substitute vessel is of lower capacity or specifications, a proportional refund of the charter price will be offered.

  • If the client does not accept the substitute vessel, they may cancel and receive a full refund or reschedule to an alternative available date.

  • Vessel substitution initiated by the operator does not incur cancellation fees for the client.

Weather Policy

  • The charter may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions. The skipper and port authority have sole discretion over this decision.

  • In case of cancellation due to weather, clients may choose between rescheduling to an alternative date or a full refund.

Itinerary Changes

  • The skipper may modify the planned route or destinations at any time due to weather or sea conditions, prioritizing the safety of passengers and the vessel.

  • Alternative destinations of similar interest will be proposed where possible.

  • Itinerary modifications made for safety reasons do not entitle the client to a refund, provided the charter duration remains as agreed.

Charter Duration

  • The charter starts and ends at the agreed-upon times in your booking confirmation.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point. Delays may shorten your charter duration, and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Skipper's Authority

  • The skipper has full authority over the vessel and all passengers for safety reasons.

  • Passengers must follow the skipper's instructions.

Safety and Liability

  • Passengers are responsible for their safety and must follow all safety instructions.

Guest Count

  • The maximum number of guests allowed onboard is specified at the time of booking and cannot be exceeded.

Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply for fuel, food, docking fees, etc., and will be communicated before the charter.

Equipment and Amenities

  • Boats are equipped with standard safety equipment. Additional equipment or amenities may be available for an extra cost.

Restrictions

  • Smoking is prohibited below deck and in enclosed areas.

  • Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed, but the skipper can refuse service or disembark intoxicated passengers.

Pets Policy

  • Pets may be allowed with the operator's and skipper's approval and additional terms. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the skipper, crew, other passengers, and any third parties encountered during the charter.

Environmental Protection

  • Clients are expected to follow environmentally responsible practices, including proper waste disposal and respecting marine conservation guidelines.

Vessel Maintenance and Repairs

  • The operator is responsible for maintaining the vessel in seaworthy condition. In case of repairs during the charter, the operator will minimize disruption to your experience.

Photography and Media

  • The operator may take photographs or videos during the charter for promotional purposes. Clients who wish to opt out should inform the operator before the charter.

Force Majeure

  • The operator is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, or labor disputes.

Disputes and Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes are governed by the laws of Greece, and both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Piraeus, Greece.
